Who we are

Capital Ready Advisors is an AI automation studio operated by Erik Meltzer. This policy covers the website at capitalreadyadvisors.com and the contact forms on it. It does not cover the AI products themselves (Buyer Brief, Seller Brief, Market Expert Engine), which are governed by separate service agreements.

What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to provide it. The contact forms on this site ask for:

• Demo request form: name, email address, brokerage (optional), your market (city/state), and which product you're interested in.
• Freelance inquiry form: name, email address, company or context (optional), a description of your project, budget range, and timeline.

We do not collect payment information on this site. We do not use tracking pixels, session recording tools, or advertising cookies.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate — which pages are viewed, which calls to action are clicked, and whether forms are completed. GA4 collects anonymous usage data through browser cookies. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events.

You can opt out of GA4 tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we use your information

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Specifically:

• Demo requests are used to schedule a product demonstration and follow up by email.
• Freelance inquiries are used to evaluate whether we're a good fit and to respond with next steps.

We do not send marketing emails to people who have not agreed to receive them. We do not add form submissions to any automated email sequence.

How your information is stored and shared

Form submissions are delivered to Erik Meltzer by email via Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend processes your data only to deliver the email. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

We retain correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or potential business relationship. You can request deletion at any time by emailing erik@capitalreadyadvisors.com.

Third-party links

This site links to Upwork, Google Calendar, and LinkedIn. These services have their own privacy policies and are not governed by this one.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email erik@capitalreadyadvisors.com and we will respond within five business days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. We will not make material changes without updating that date.
